Order Processing Times
The shipping time selected at checkout with Canada Post does not include our processing time. If you select a faster shipping option, please be aware that this is the shipping time for Canada Post and not guaranteed to be the time in which we send your order out.
Damaged, Lost, Stolen or Missing Orders
Madame Premier takes great care in preparing and sending your orders in pristine condition but accidents do unfortunately happen while in transit with Canada Post and other carriers which is out of our control. Madame Premier is not responsible for damaged, lost, missing or stolen orders and we do not offer refunds on damaged, lost, stolen or missing orders. To check to see if your order is covered by Canada Post's insurance policy, for those orders with coverage, please check here.
International customers have the option of selecting their own shipping option. If a shipping option is selected without tracking, there is no way for your order to be tracked. We strongly suggest you always select shipping with tracking. If your order is lost or missing, it is the customers responsibility to file a report with Canada Post and then share the file number with Madame Premier so that we are aware of the issue.
Order Insurance
Insurance worth $100.00 Canadian is included in most domestic shipping rates. If your order exceeds $100.00 before taxes (not including shipping), please email us to add additional insurance to your order and we will send you an invoice. If your order is lost, stolen or missing and successfully claimed through Canada Post, we are only unable to reimburse you for the insured cost of $100.00 plus shipping even if your order value is greater unless you add additional insurance coverage.
Shipping
International customs and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping delays are always a possibility and outside the control of Madame Premier - especially during the holidays in November and December. International customers have the option of selecting their own shipping option. If a shipping option is selected without tracking, there is no way for your order to be tracked for either of us. We strongly suggest you always select shipping with tracking and a reminder that Madame Premier is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing orders.
